Lebedenko - to prepare and to propagate information and analytic materials on space related matters 7. "Torch" - program's coordinator Alexandre Lebedenko - to develop an integrated system of aerospace education (ASE) and to work out methods of using the achievements of cosmonautics for the purposes of general education. |
