- The specifics of space activities
are determined by a number of factors both internal and
external for space complex. In order to draw reliable conclusions
that could serve as a sound basis for comprehensive decisions,
interdisciplinary studies of interaction of public structures
involved in space activities. Of particular importance are
such studies in today's Russia under conditions of very
fast changing socio-political and economical situation.

The aim of the program:
to
study problems of interaction between governmental bodies, organizations
and enterprises, public institutions and persons in the domain
of cosmonautics
Main program's directions:

studying methods
of state control over space activities;

modeling relations
between governmental bodies and space firms of different
forms of property;

analysing trends
in space science and technology development
The program includes the following
projects:
"Effect" - studies in economic and financial
aspects of space activities.
"Vector" - evaluation of public opinion and
attitude of specialists towards different trends in cosmonautics.
