step in this directions in Russia is the adoption of
the Law of Russian Federation on Space Activities. The
private space law, as well as international agreements
establishing conditions for cooperation of space firms
are gaining ever increasing significance also.

The aim of the program:
to
solve legal problems of space activities
Main program's directions:
- drafting legal acts for regulation
of space activities;
- studying international legal problems
associated with research and use the space;
- expertising juridical documents and
consulting on legal aspects of space activities;
- juridical promoting space projects,
scientific and industrial cooperation in the field of space
activities.
The program includes the following
projects:
"Law"
- preparation of drafts documents of space
law.
"System"
- elaboration
of structure of juridical acts to regulate space activities
in Russia.
"Act"
- composition
of model contracts and other juridical documents necessary
to conduct space activities.
