- Humanity are entering the
era of information, when all principal economic, scientific
and technical as well as cultural parameters of society
will be determined by intensity and quality of informational
flows. Of exceptional importance the development of
information network is for Russian space complex, which
used to be under the conditions of strong secrecy and
information vacuum.

The aim of the program:
to
prepare and to propagate information and analytic materials on
space related matters
Main program's directions:
- collecting, systematization and analyzing
information about space activities;
- publication and circulation materials
by means of mass-media;
- delivering space information to interested
organizations and persons;
- analyzing the status and perspectives
of aerospace education development in Russia.
The program includes the following
projects:
"Word"
- preparation
and circulation of information and analytic materials.
"Survey" - publication periodic surveys about
space activities.
"Infocos"- circulation a space magazine on magnetic
diskette.
"Bank-C" - formation data base on cosmonautics.
"Deposit"- storage materials in ISP library.
