A major precondition for the
successful development of cosmonautics nowadays is public
support of its goals, specific programs and implementation
methods. For this reason humanitarian aspects of spase
exploration start playing a decisive role for the long-term
evolution of cosmonautics, of which expansion and development
of aerospase education is of special importance.

The aim of the program:
to
develop an integrated system of aerospace education (ASE) and
to work out methods of using the achievements of cosmonautics
for the purposes of general education.
Main program's directions:
- analyzing of the state-of-the-art and
of the perspectives of ASE;
- conducting R & D in various branches
of ASE;
- promoting international cooperation
in the field of ASE.
The program includes the following
projects:
"Perspectiva"- development of concept of complex
system of ASE
"Seminar" - organization and conduct of series
international actions ASE.
"Test"
- providing cientific
and methodological basis for ASE.
